About George Ramos
The artist, George Ramos, received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cornell University in 1979, and served honorably in the US Navy from 1980-2000. As a student, and later as sailor, he collaterally served as a fine artist, illustrator, art director, designer, public art muralist, and teacher. At present, George enjoys sharing with you his delightful discoveries of the simple things in life around Canton, Maine, USA, and the distinctive vision of art guided by a Judeo-Christian worldview. This piece reminds me of walking on a street after a rain and you look down into the puddles and see a sheen of gasoline and the brilliant colors that are floating on top! The colors are opalescent George! Following your work!
