This is an art image of the Childs Brook forest environs. It's part of a visual journal of the area in late fall when most of the deciduous tree leaves have fallen to the ground.
The artist, George Ramos, received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cornell University in 1979, and served honorably in the US Navy from 1980-2000. As a student, and later as sailor, he collaterally served as a fine artist, illustrator, art director, designer, public art muralist, and teacher. At present, George enjoys sharing with you his delightful discoveries of the simple things in life around Canton, Maine, USA, and the distinctive vision of art guided by a Judeo-Christian worldview. He looks at God's creation with a sense of childlike curiosity, awe, and wonder, and then, manages to diligently make evocative art as an informed adult.
